About the Role
As a Workplace Integrity Investigator, you will conduct professional, impartial and confidential investigations into a broad range of workplace matters while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and procedural fairness.
Investigations may include:
- Workplace misconduct and behavioural matters.
- Bullying and harassment complaints.
- Code of conduct and policy breaches.
- Fraud and dishonesty investigations.
- Conflict of interest matters.
- Whistleblower and integrity-related investigations.
- Witness interviews and statement taking.
- Evidence gathering, analysis and comprehensive report preparation.
You will liaise professionally with clients, employees, witnesses, legal representatives and other stakeholders to obtain accurate information that supports informed and defensible workplace decisions.
What We Are Looking For
- Certificate III in Investigations and a valid Investigator’s Licence (VIC, NSW, QLD or WA);
- Certificate IV in Government Investigations or willingness to obtain;
- Experience in workplace misconduct and integrity investigations;
- Advanced report writing skills with an understanding of evidence analysis & enhanced written articulation of evidence;
- A deep understanding of procedural fairness & the ‘balance of probabilities’;
- A keen interest in Australia Fair Work Commission decisions & willingness to continually update your knowledge in this field;
- Current driver’s license
- Hold an ABN
- Previous experience in workplace investigations, employment relations, law enforcement, human resources, compliance or a related investigative field is highly regarded.
