Nicole leads Oracle Investigation Services’ factual investigations function, overseeing the delivery of high-quality investigations across the organisation. Simon Barry leads Oracle Investigation Services’ Legal & Insurance Investigations division, bringing more than 25 years of industry experience across complex claims, liability matters and litigation support.

With a strong understanding of legal frameworks, investigative methodology and evidentiary requirements, Simon oversees investigations that are structured, thorough and defensible. His experience enables Oracle Investigation Services to provide clients with clear, reliable findings that support confident decision making and effectively manage risk.

Darren Wiseman leads Oracle Investigation Services’ Surveillance, Digital Intelligence & Workplace Integrity division, bringing more than 30 years’ investigative and operational leadership experience across law enforcement, government and the private sector.

With extensive experience across complex investigations including covert operations, fraud, misconduct and workplace integrity, Darren provides strategic oversight of national investigative operations, delivering intelligence-led, discreet and outcome-focused solutions for clients.
